In der Datei „Anmeldeunterlagen“ befinden sich das Anmeldeformular sowie die Heim- und Zahlungsordnung.
Die Datei kann im Adobe Reader DC geöffnet und mit der Funktion „Ausfüllen und unterschreiben“ kann das Antragsformular direkt am Bildschirm ausgefüllt werden. Das Antragsformular im Anschluss ausdrucken und unterschreiben. Den ausgefüllten Antrag um Aufnahme mit einem Passfoto versehen und per Post senden.
Bitte nur das Anmeldeformular (erste Seite) senden. Die Heim- und Zahlungsordnung dient zur Ihrer Information und verbleibt daher bei Ihnen.
Damit die Anmeldung rascher erfolgt, kann dass Anmeldeformular zusätzlich eingescannt und als PDF-Datei via E-Mail an Diese E-Mail-Adresse ist vor Spambots geschützt! Zur Anzeige muss JavaScript eingeschaltet sein! gesendet werden.

Mit der Unterschrift auf dem Antragsformular werden die Heim- und Zahlungsordnung akzeptiert.
Die aktuelle Version von Adobe Reader DC kann auf der Webseite von Adobe kostenlos heruntergeladen werden.

The "Application documents" file contains the registration form as well as the house and payment regulations.
The file can be opened in Adobe Reader DC and the application form can be filled out directly on the screen using the "Fill out and sign" function.
Then print out and sign the application form. Provide the completed application for admission with a passport photo and send it by post together with a copy of the passport.
Please only send the registration form (first page). The house and payment regulations are for your information and therefore remain with you.
