If you want to stay at Kolpinghaus Graz, you can choose between different room types. What they all have in common is the functional furnishings, included weekly cleaning, free internet access, digital TV connection, breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets and shared use of all common areas.
Our house is open 365 days a year and accommodation is also available at weekends, on public vacations and during vacation periods at no extra cost. Underage girls and boys are accommodated in their own floors and areas and are closely supervised by our educational team in all day-to-day matters.

Prices and info
Places are available from September to June of the following year (10 months). It is possible to book rooms during the summer months. If the rooms are vacated, the vacation months of July and August are not being charged. It is possible to store your utensils during the summer months for an additional charge. The prices are valid for stays of 3 months or more.
Separate prices apply for vocational school students. Here we follow the guidelines of Land Steiermark. The prices for the 2024/2025 school year will be published as soon as we have the relevant information from Land Steiermark.

We offer our double rooms primarily to all young people between the ages of 14 and 18 (but double rooms can also be rented to anyone over 18). They are functionally equipped with a bed, work desk and sufficient storage space. Showers, washbasins and toilets are located in the common areas on each floor.
When choosing a roommate, we take your wishes into as well as common preferences, school type and age.
Single room
The single rooms at Kolpinghaus Graz are functionally furnished in a similar way to the double rooms with a bed, desk and sufficient storage space. Showers, washbasins and toilets are located in the common areas on each floor.
This room type is primarily aimed at young people between the ages of 14 and 18 who want more privacy, however, single rooms can also be rented to anyone over 18.
Comfort room
Our second highest room category combines the equipment and functionality of a single room (bed, work desk, storage space, Internet and TV connection) with the advantages of a private bathroom equipped with shower, washbasin and WC. A private fridge in the room rounds off the comfort.
Comfort rooms are available to young people under 18 as well as all adults.
Studio
Studios are our own small apartments and our most popular room category for everyone over 18 and are not allocated to minors.
Our studios offer a modern and functional design with the benefits of a private bathroom combined with a small kitchen island including a refrigerator and your own TV in addition to the features of our other room categories (bed, work desk, storage space, Internet and TV connection).
